The Golden Ring

The Golden ring of Russia is a tourist route passing through the ancient cities of Northeastern Russia, which preserved unique monuments of history and culture of Russia, and remain the centers of folk crafts.

The history of this route dates back to 1967 human-interest stories, authored by fine art expert and journalist Yuri Bychkov. It was he who came up with the poetic name "Golden Ring".

The Golden ring traditionally includes eight major cities-Sergiev Posad, Rostov the Great, Pereslavl-Zalessky, Yaroslavl, Kostroma, Ivanovo, Suzdal, Vladimir. These are real open-air museums with unique exhibits. We offer you to visit 6 famous cities in 3 days!
